How long before I receive a confirmation email?
You should receive a confirmation email within 4 hours of placing the order. If you haven’t received one, please check your junk mail. Do check if the email ID is correct. If you still haven’t received it, please CONTACT US.
Why is my order unsuccessful?
We’re sorry that your order was unsuccessful. The most common reason is the billing information provided may have been incorrect or the payment method may have failed.
Please retry placing the order preferably with an alternate payment method.
If the amount is deducted, but the order didn’t go through, the money will be reversed within 5-7 working days.

Can I cancel my order?

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If your shipping address is incorrect please CONTACT US as soon as possible. Please provide your order number AND the correct address.
However, if your order has already shipped, please contact our delivery partner and inform them of the address update. We will try our best to update to your address from our end, but if it is not possible we advise you to do the same.
Can I change the items on my order?
We cannot amend orders unfortunately. however, this is not possible after the order has been submitted to our warehouse to be processed. However, if you you can return the product within 30 days of receipt and order a new one. Please check the returns policy to confirm if your items are eligible for return.

What do I do if my item is damaged?
If any items in your order have been received damaged or the packing has been tampered, please place a request for replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Please check our return policy or CONTACT US for more details.
What do I do if I received incorrect items?
We apologize for sending you incorrect items! Please CONTACT US with your order number, and a clear picture of the items. Please use the email address associated with your order. We will pickup and deliver the right products.
What do I do if I am not satisfied with the items?
If you are not happy with the items you received CONTACT US and we will see how to fix this issue.
What do I do if there are items missing from my order?
We apologize for not fulfilling your complete order. Please CONTACT US to resolve this issue.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Once the order is shipped it will take roughly 3-5 business days within India. For the rest of the world we’ll send an the details.
What are the shipping charges?
It will vary depending on the location. For domestic shipping, it will vary between ₹35-₹60.
What is the minimum amount for free shipping?
Minimum order for free shipping should be above ₹2500.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email and/or SMS once your order has been processed. This will include the tracking number and link from the delivery partner. It might take a couple of hours before the details appear.
My order appears as delivered, but I haven’t received it yet. What do I do?

RETURNS & REFUND
Can I return my item?
If you are not happy with your purchase you may return your item within 30 days, with the exceptions listed below. You will be refunded for the amount paid for the product, excluding any shipping costs.

PAYMENT & REFUND
When will I be refunded?
Once the item is return should be processed within 14 days of the items being received. Once your refund is processed, it can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.

If you don’t receive the refund within 30 days of us receiving the return, please CONTACT US to resolve the issue.
What happens to my refund if my card is no longer in use?
As long as the bank account associated with the card is still open your refund will still go back to the same account. However, we cannot refund your order to another card or payment method.

Are Lovestruck Cosmetics cruelty free?
We do not conduct or commission animal testing on ingredients, formulations or finished products.
Are Lovestruck Cosmetics vegan?
Lovestruck Cosmetics are not vegan.
Where can I check product ingredients?
The ingredient list is mentioned on the product page as well as on the packaging that you receive.
I have taken an allergic reaction to one of your products, what should I do?
That’s unfortunate that you’ve had an allergic reaction! We would recommend that you stop using the product and get in touch with us. Please provide us details of the ingredients that caused the reaction in order to review further and provide you any recommendations. Please do visit a dermatologist if you do not know which ingredients gave you an allergic reaction.
Lovestruck Return Policy
We do our best in providing the finest quality cosmetics. If you feel that the products you received are either damaged or not the what you expected, you can return these and we’ll refund the complete amount.
However, we will not be able to accept products which appear to be opened, tried, or used.
We will not accept products if their labels , complete packaging, or stickers are not included.
We do accept products that were damaged or faulty before reaching you. We will give a full refund.
All orders, including products that are faulty or damaged must be returned within 15 days of receiving the order.
If any purchase also had a gift(s) or sample(s) with it, return of the product will be accepted only along with the gift(s) or sample(s) received with it.
