AMENDING THE ORDER AND CANCELLATION

We cannot amend orders unfortunately. however, this is not possible after the order has been submitted to our warehouse to be processed. However, if you you can return the product within 30 days of receipt and order a new one. Please check the returns policy to confirm if your items are eligible for return.
ISSUES WITH PRODUCT
If any items in your order have been received damaged or the packing has been tampered, please place a request for replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Please check our return policy or CONTACT US for more details.

Once the order is shipped it will take roughly 3-5 business days within India. For the rest of the world we’ll send an the details.
It will vary depending on the location. For domestic shipping, it will vary between ₹35-₹60.
Minimum order for free shipping should be above ₹2500.
You will receive an email and/or SMS once your order has been processed. This will include the tracking number and link from the delivery partner. It might take a couple of hours before the details appear.

RETURNS & REFUND
If you are not happy with your purchase you may return your item within 30 days, with the exceptions listed below. You will be refunded for the amount paid for the product, excluding any shipping costs.

PAYMENT & REFUND
Once the item is return should be processed within 14 days of the items being received. Once your refund is processed, it can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
If you don’t receive the refund within 30 days of us receiving the return, please CONTACT US to resolve the issue.
As long as the bank account associated with the card is still open your refund will still go back to the same account. However, we cannot refund your order to another card or payment method.

We do not conduct or commission animal testing on ingredients, formulations or finished products.

The ingredient list is mentioned on the product page as well as on the packaging that you receive.
That’s unfortunate that you’ve had an allergic reaction! We would recommend that you stop using the product and get in touch with us. Please provide us details of the ingredients that caused the reaction in order to review further and provide you any recommendations. Please do visit a dermatologist if you do not know which ingredients gave you an allergic reaction.
